Tuesday 7.31.12 - 1 on 2 off

1 min on 2 min off at each station for 4 rounds score = total reps.

Deadlift (225/135lbs)
Pull-ups
Bench Press (135/75lbs) 

If I see anyone get sloppy with deadlifts I'll give you a warning then you'll drop the weight. Just because you can pick it up doesn't mean you are doing it correct.

* Friday evening we are having a going away party for Russ and Sarah. They are moving to Colorado for 1 year while Russ does as internship. Plan on bringing your favorite paleo dish to share and hang out while we watch the Olympics and play some indoor yard games....does anyone have any yard games they could bring?
