Monday 5.7.12

Programming notes:
We spent some time on Front squats last week; everyone managed to keep their elbows up and many set new PRs. That being said we are going to put an emphasis on cleans this week and no one has any excuses for not getting those elbows through. We will do most variations including, hang cleans, power cleans, squat cleans and hang power cleans.
